We acquired this 12 acre parkland site in 2004 and obtained planning consent for Thremhall Park. We then carried out a sympathetic re-development of the existing Grade II listed buildings to accommodate approximately 25,000 square feet of new office space split between four buildings.Since opening in January 2007, we have successfully operated Thremhall Park as a business centre. An occupancy rate of between 80% and 90% has been maintained through successful sales and marketing and careful management of existing occupiers.
There are 56 separate offices at Thremhall Park capable of accommodating 270 desks. Office space at Thremhall Park ranges from one person offices to larger areas of up to 6,000 sq ft. The office space is predominately let on a fully serviced basis using simple licence agreements, with a minimum term of three months. The price per desk includes everything required for the office clients to operate effectively from day one, except optional consumerable items (telephone calls, photocopying, postage etc).
