We are looking for suitable office buildings in key towns in both the South East and East of England, and Central London locations. In those key towns and Central London locations, the right building may not necessarily be in the traditional prime office pitch; it may be closer to the retail/town centre areas.

The ideal building will be a minimum of 12,000 sq ft, capable of subdivision into smaller office areas and with good natural light. Ideally, the building would be close to good road and/or rail links, and also have a good parking ratio (in the non-London locations).

We are looking for both investments and opportunities to consult on business centre conversions for private building owners and instiutions.
