Jackson Square
We acquired a 100,000 sq ft shopping centre in 2000. Following the acquisition, planning consent was granted for a new 7,000 sq ft pre-let to Sainsburys; a 30,000 sq ft shopping centre extension; 200 new residential units; a new 700 space multi-storey car park; and a new town square surrounded by A3 accommodation. The value of the completed development is £95m.
