Mantle's 37 unit residential development located on the beautiful Suffolk Coast comprises of 6 flats and 31 houses. Leiston Hall was converted to provide 6 flats and its associated outbuildings provided a further 7 units. Mantle also obtained planning consent for a further 24 new build houses within the grounds.
Project Status
Construction is now completed and only 2 flats remain.
