Stansted Distribution Centre, Bishop's Stortford

Mantle acquired Stansted Distribution Centre in 1996 and has developed it in phases to accommodate Audi, Mercedes Benz, National Express and National Car Hire. The 17 acre warehouse site is located adjacent to Stansted Airport. Mantle disposed of half the estate a number of years ago, keeping the remainder as an investment. Mantle subsequently developed out Phase IV which was completed in December 2004, offering 4 units totaling 15,000 sq ft, and is now fully let. Phase V was completed in September 2008 and is now fully let to occupiers including Essex County Council and Aspoeck Lighting.
