Mantle is a regionally focused commercial and residential developer and investor. Based close to Stansted Airport, the company operates within Eastern England. This includes the eastern half of London and the Thames Gateway. Mantle has extensive local knowledge and contacts, plus many years of experience within this region.
With the recent and anticipated growth of Stansted Airport being well documented, Mantle is in an ideal place to benefit from this expansion. To date, we have established a substantial holding of commercial development land and investments both at Stansted and within our target region.
Mantle's focus is on industrial, office, retail and residential opportunities where significant value can be added within a maximum of 3 to 5 years. We seek to grow our commercial investment portfolio over time by retaining approximately one third of our completed projects.
Acting as a main contractor since 1998, Mantle carries out a wide range of projects from small refurbishments to larger design and build contracts.
Mantle has its own dedicated property management team. We not only manage the group's own property portfolio, but also provide our services to third party property owners.
